The ARBAnova Family Foundation in Würzburg, founded by Marianne and Reinhold A. Barlian, is pleased to announce that the group of companies continues to develop successfully in 2025 and that we have some news to report regarding the committees.
Mr Reinhold Barlian has handed over the chairmanship of the Foundation Board to our new member, Dr Heiko Neumann from Nuremberg. Dr Neumann has many years of industrial experience as an entrepreneur and took over the chairmanship of the Foundation Board on 28 July 2025. Mr Reinhold Barlian will continue to be an advisory member of the Foundation Board.
In this context, Mr Frank Barlian is moving from the Executive Board to the Foundation Board and taking over as Deputy Chairman. Other members are Mr Volker Brockmeyer and Dr Eike Cornelius. Both bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the committee, ensuring that we are well positioned in this important body for the future industrial orientation of the ARBAnova Family Foundation!
Mr Alexander Röhrs, who holds a degree in business administration, was also appointed to the foundation's board of directors on 28 July 2025. As a long-standing member of the management team at our holding company, Barlian Management Consulting GmbH, he has a wealth of expertise in commercial and organisational matters as well as HR within our group of companies.
Marianne Barlian, with her extensive leadership and management experience, and Mr Dino Trslic remain on the Executive Board as its Chairman.
Looking ahead, the founders, the Barlian family, the management bodies and the people employed by the entire group are characterised by optimism and confidence! The ARBAnova Family Foundation will pursue a positive, social, future-proof and responsible strategy both internally and externally and continue on its successful path!
